By using pluscopywriting.com or purchasing services you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Plus Copywriting provides copywriting services: website copy, brand messaging, email copy, sales pages, SEO content, and advertising copy. All delivered digitally.

3. Payment

Checkout creates a binding agreement. Payments via Stripe in EUR.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, Client owns all final copy. Plus retains the right to display anonymised work samples in our portfolio.

5. Revisions

Included per plan. Additional rounds at hourly rate. Feedback consolidated per round.

6. Liability

Maximum liability limited to fees paid. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or revenue outcomes.

7. Governing Law

Portuguese law. Lisbon courts. Last updated: March 2026.
